  • In person at the office

    MKX's complaints policy lists the office as a channel. Email or call before you travel: MKX does not say whether a visit needs an appointment.

The live MKX site also has a contact form; in this prototype the email link replaces it. Many questions are already covered by the answers to common questions.

Your full name, the email address on your account, and the date and reference of the transaction. Do not send a password or a one-time code.

The MKX Dubai office is in Concorde Tower 1, Al Thanyah Fifth. It is the principal place of business shown for MKX on the VARA public register and the address on MKX's own contact page.

If you searched for a crypto exchange office in Dubai, or for one near you: MKX is a broker-dealer, licensed by VARA for Broker-Dealer Services, reference VL/25/04/001, and you use it online. Accounts are opened in the app or on the web platform, and the funding method MKX publishes is an AED bank transfer from a UAE bank account.

Complaints

A complaint costs nothing. The deadlines come from MKX's published policy.

  1. 1 Send the complaint

    By email to [email protected], by phone on 04-2977655 or in person at the office.

    No fee

  2. 2 Written acknowledgement

    MKX confirms by email that it has received the complaint.

    1 week

  3. 3 Written response

    MKX sends its findings and any resolution it proposes. In extraordinary cases the limit is eight weeks.

    4 weeks

  4. 4 Appeal

    If you disagree, appeal within four weeks of the resolution. MKX reviews an appeal within two weeks.

    2 weeks to review an appeal

MKX's policy names no outside body for a complaint that stays unresolved. Each step is set out in the full complaints handling policy.

Records are kept

MKX keeps the record of a complaint, its investigation and its resolution for a minimum of eight years.

Report fraud or a security concern

Report a suspicious message, a copy of the MKX site or a concern about your account to [email protected] or to support. Treat any domain, phone number or profile that is not in the list of official MKX channels as unverified.

MKX names no outside company that provides support on its behalf. Do not give a password, a one-time code or remote access to your device to anyone who contacts you. More is on the security page and official channels.
